All Sales are Final. We do not accept returns. Exchanges, when available, incur a shipping and restocking fee. 

Contact us if anything arrives damaged and we will replace, repair, or refund at no cost. Free replacements or repairs are offered if any jewelry breaks within 2 months of order. Use the contact form or email stitchprism@gmail.com
